Logansport Municipal Electric Utility ("LMU') hereby provides notice of a filing that will be made on or after October 18,2010 at the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC) seeking an increase in its schedule of rates for electricity sold in the amount of $.004830. The filing, if approved will be effective for energy consumed on or after the date of approval and applicable
for rates RS, CS, MS, GS, and IP.

lURC approval of the filing may be granted as soon as July 15, 2011.
