The policy of Logansport Municipal Utilities (LMU) is to operate in strict compliance with Indianaís Access to Public Records Act. Citizens wishing to obtain a copy of a public record from LMU should fill out the formal request form and submit it to the Superintendentís office for review in order to ensure an appropriate, timely response and quality control. Completed forms may be submitted via U.S. Mail, in person, or by email.

Under state law, any writing, paper, report, study, map, photograph, book, card, tape recording, or other material that is created, received, maintained, or filed by or with a city agency and which is generated on paper, paper substitutes, photographic, chemically based media, magnetic or machine readable media, electronically stored data, or by other material may be requested.
